Tamara has an extensive and on-going education in several vocal pedagogies which enables her to pinpoint the source of struggles and triumphs that vocalists encounter. “Singing encompasses both mind and body and they must work synergistically”, and she teaches the techniques needed for a confident and healthy vocal performance. Tamara has an uncommon gift for communicating these intricacies to her students. Her expertise lays in her mastery of all that singing demands, including breathing, pitch, control, power, range, blending lows and highs, vocal health, conveying emotion, uniqueness and stage presence. Tamara creates an ideal learning environment to help artists exceed their expectations, achieve vocal mastery and freedom, and create the voice that they’ve always wanted.

Tamara lives what she teaches. She is a singer/songwriter, recording artist, producer, recording engineer (Criteria Studios, Miami) and talent developer. Tamara does voice-overs, jingles (Chevrolet, FedEx, McDonald’s, Mattel Toys), cable television shows, and much more. She is endorsed by WAMI (Wisconsin Area Music Industry), McDonald’s Corporation’s “Voice of McDonald’s”, Shure Microphones and Entertainer’s Secret Throat Coat Spray. Tamara also founded The Progressive Singer’s Workshop where she shares her empowering vocal and performance techniques.
